Late Check-in / Late Equipment Inspection policy
Although not encouraged, those archers needing to check-in later than the official check-in day,Tuesday, April 7, 2015, may take advantage of these later check-in times. You may experience delays.
Please note that official practice, occurring on the competition field, only occurs on Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Un-official practice is available at the practice field.
Late Check-in and Late Equipment Check times:
- Wednesday Morning-(April 8, 2015): 9:00am to 10:30am
- Wednesday Afternoon-(April 8, 2015): 2:00pm to 3:30pm
- Thursday-(April 9, 2015): 10:00am to 11:30am-expect delays as staff and judges may be unavailable immediately
Prior to your qualification round, you must have already:
- Checked-in at the main administration area and received your athlete packet – US archers must have their current USA Archery membership card available.
- Equipment must be checked at the Judge’s Equipment Check area
- Para athletes must present their international classification card at equipment check
